End User License Agreement
Effective date: July 1, 2026 ยท Version 1.0
1. Grant of license
Kairon grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run one copy of the Software on devices you own or control, for personal or internal business use.
2. Restrictions
- You may not sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software
- You may not remove or alter any proprietary notices
- You may not use the Software to build a competing browser product using Kairon's non-open-source components
- You may not circumvent license checks or update mechanisms
3. Open source components
Portions of the Software are licensed under open-source licenses (MIT, Apache 2.0, BSD, and others). Those components are governed by their respective licenses, listed in Third-Party Licenses, which take precedence over this EULA for that code.
4. Ownership
Kairon and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in the Software, except for the open-source components identified above and any content you create.
5. Updates
The Software may check for and install updates automatically, unless disabled in Settings. Updates may add, modify, or remove functionality.
6. Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms. Upon termination you must uninstall the Software and destroy all copies.
7. Warranty disclaimer and liability
The Software is licensed "as is." See Sections 8โ9 of the Terms of Service for the full disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability, incorporated here by reference.
