Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using Kairon Browser ("the Software") or any Kairon website or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License to use
Subject to these Terms, Kairon grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software in accordance with these Terms and the End User License Agreement.
3. Beta Software
Kairon Browser is currently a Beta release. Features may change, be incomplete, or contain bugs. Stability and compatibility are not guaranteed.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the Software except as permitted by law
- Use it to violate applicable law
- Attempt to circumvent its security features
5. Intellectual Property
Kairon Browser, its branding, logos, and original content are owned by Kairon or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
6. Open Source Software
Kairon Browser includes open-source components. Those components remain subject to their respective licenses.
7. Termination
Users may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. Kairon may suspend access to its website or any online services it currently provides if these Terms are violated. Kairon may discontinue the Software or services at any time.
8. Disclaimers
The Software is provided "as is" as Beta software, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of bugs.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kairon's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or use of the Software will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount paid to Kairon during the previous 12 months; or
- the minimum amount permitted by applicable law
10. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Kairon is formally incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Software or on our website.
